If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@twskin.co.za with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please note that the product must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Additionally, we do not offer refunds on shipping costs. Please be aware that TW Skin Collagen Spray is designed to be used on its own and not in conjunction with other products. If you experience an allergic reaction, please discontinue use immediately and consult with your physician. We do not take any liability for allergic reactions or any other adverse effects caused by misuse of the product.
